Basic at best

Basic at best. Sheets looked dirty. Paid for a room with a fridge, didn't get it. Air conditioning didn't work, fan runs but doesn't cool the room down.

Absolutely terrible

The room was terrible. The beds were uncomfortable. The showerhead sprayed so wide it soaked the whole bathroom and the toilet seat. The sink faucet was loose and the spray on that was so wide that it sprayed all over the counter and the front of you when used it the air conditioning did not work. They offered us a plug-in box fan to use that was also broken. There was a couple rooms down from us people that were buying drugs. The overhead lights in the room would not shut off when we asked the front desk about it. She said well there’s nothing I can do about it very unprofessional and very unhelpful. Highly recommend do not stay there.

The rate was affordable and super convenient for the Eugene Marathon—so my wallet didn’t cramp up, even if my legs did. That said, housekeeping left behind a souvenir from the previous guest: a lonely sock with abandonment issues. The sheets had more holes than my race-day excuses, and the ventilation situation? Let’s just say I’ve breathed easier inside a gym locker. The room smelled like someone had a passionate love affair with cigarettes, despite the no-smoking policy. Want fresh air? Open the window—but heads up, there’s no screen, so it’s basically an open invitation to all of nature’s flying freeloaders. All in all, it’s your classic Motel 6 experience: a great value, but with just enough mystery to keep things spicy.

Serviceable and convenient location

Why are there two remotes in the room? One was needed to turn on the tv and adjust volume, and the other was needed to change channels. Why was there a forklift parked in front of my room? Why no coffee available on Monday? Staff was responsive and room was nice enough and the location was conveniently located (near the freeway). Nothing terrible, but there is room for improvement.

The staff did their best they said several employees called in saying that they would not be at work. We arrived exhausted and just wanted to go to our room it was almost 4 pm and check in time wads 3pm by 5pm I said we need to go to our room they said they were washing the blankets we said we didn’t care and when the blankets were ready we would make our own beds then there was no air conditioner on they said the weather had been cool but we are used to air conditioning and that’s what they advertised the phone did not work that meant a long walk to the office as we are both handicapped we decided to let it go The people in the next room were so loud all through the night.I will mention that the staff were nice and were trying their best

When we got there the rooms were not ready so we came back after 4. we had to wait in a line to get helped, then told the two room I had booked would not be together. I booked them together so our daughter would be next to us. They did move her to be next to us. When we got to the room there were no towels at all. We had to wait until 8pm for towels and we had to repeatedly go down to ask them for them. They did not bring them up. Poor facility, poor staff and the rooms were not good either. I DO NOT recommend at all. Stay somewhere else.

Don’t stay here

No air conditioning in our room. No screen in the window so couldn’t leave window open. Tv broken. I would have been more comfortable cowboy camping in the parking lot.
