The hotel really needs updating. The towel rack fell off when I pulled off the hand towel, there was no stopper for the bathroom sink, and we killed several bugs in the room. Very disappointing for a Quality Inn

The property was not well maintained. The outside was in disrepair and the landscaping needed attended to. While the room was relatively clean, the furniture was all beat up and the toilet needed reseated.

Small town; nice hotel, not your fancy hotel however it was clean, all within a short driving distance to stores and Redwood National Park.

This hotel is great for a one night stay! The staff was extremely friendly. There isn’t an elevator so if you’re on the second floor you have to haul your bags up.

Didnt live up to expectation

It was nice, but, Door to patio didnt lock. Freezer didnt work. Bath plug didnt work. Staff were friendly and knowledgable. Worst coffee in world. Floor are lvp which is nice for feet from beach.

It was clean and the staff was good. The heater/ AC was old and the blower motor was making a terrible noise. The door was lose and when the wind blows it sounds like someone was trying to get in. To be fair the wind was blowing 60 knots

Walked into a dirty room which was unfortunate. There was previous trash left behind and noticed couple stains on our bed sheets. We didn't want to go through the hassle of looking elsewhere, so we stayed.

We left within moments upon arrival due to a huge mold stain. I left a review on yelp and the owner responded stating that it is a coastal town so properties are prone to mold. I’ve stayed at many properties along the Oregon coast and have never found mold. This was neglected for a long time, it was easy to see and had clearly been festering a while.
