Lady who checked us in was mean and rude for no reason. I liked the free roaming dog area. The pool was fun for the kids. The rooms are about what you would expect. We wont be back based on the staff alone.

This hotel has wonderful potential! The staff are very helpful and made even the process of a super late check-in (of around 2 AM) as painless as possible. The rooms are also cozy with comfortable mattress and bedding, perfect for recharging for the day ahead. The facilities are a bit run-down, not to a dire state but some renovating of the appliances and rooms themselves would help make this hotel be even better. Additionally, parking is a little tight at the moment. But overall? Quite good, we're happy.

Unfortunately the bed was the WORSE! Uncomfortable and squeaky and awful! Dog area was disgusting and looking out our bedroom window to a dozen black garbage bags… staff was kind but we went their at 1 pm to check in and would have been $30 extra to check in early! Horrible experience and it could have been charming! Parking is very unsafe!

The stay was good mostly. Breakfast was cold and frozen if you didn't get the first round. No room service on the weekends, (we stayed 4 nights) and asked for it, twice. Parking was a nightmare if your room is in the back and you stayed out past 6 pm. We're newlyweds of course we stayed out late!!

Property not kept up at all. Stairs dirty, enormous weeds right in front, property not inviting, complete lack of attention to landscaping, big holes in the inside of the door where hardware was removed but holes not patched, bedspreads on beds seemed old and or outdated, totally not what I expected from looking at expedia and totally not worth the price because of these problems. The front desk was actually closed from 11 pm to 6 am, so several guests were standing around wondering how to check out properly. There was no drop slot in the door for the key so we all had to go back to our rooms to put the key cards into the room, costing us valuable time. This is not what I would expect from a hotel costing 3 times the cost of a Motel 6. I actually expected a hotel that had really pretty landscaping and was well kept up, and the service to the customers was more comprehensive and cheerful.

RATINGS ARE MISLEADING, TO SAY THE LEAST. WE HAD DARK HAIRS IN OUR BED. THE MATTRESSES ARE AN INCH THICK. IT WAS LIKE SLEEPING ON AN YOGA MAT, BUT LESS COMFORTABLE. THE POOL TOWELS HAD ROLLED UP MATED HAIRS THROUGH THEM. BREAKFAST WAS NOT AS STATED!!!

On the website it looks wonderful lobby. After we checked in. We found out that picture was actually thwir pool Tony was wonderful, he was there at night when we checking in But during the day.... Dont know what to tell you. It feels that lady has few jobs in there You needed to wait. And wait I dont feel iwant to visit tgem again I thought was a nice botic place as tgey mentioned. There were a lot of good features here and overall the stay was good. There was a nice courtyard and my kids loved the pool. Great location. The only issue we had was that housekeeping never came in the 4 nights we stayed. Maybe we were supposed to request that? It wasn't communicated if so. And breakfast was hit or miss for whether the person working would restock items that ran out.

Room was small and smelled like urine. Beds were dusty. Pictures also showed complete breakfast with eggs and sausage but on the day that I stayed all they had was sausage and biscuits and gravy. No eggs.
