We love this response! Why? Because it is a very honest report of how this guest sees things (which, by the way, is the opposite of how most guests view us and our village). This goes to illustrate that although Ferndale and the Victorian Inn are highly acclaimed by the vast majority of folks, there are still some that will not enjoy what we have to offer. If given another chance, we'd love to see if we could make a stay better for them.
There's a restaurant on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Public spaces have free WiFi. Victorian Inn also features concierge services, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a front desk safe. Self parking is free. This 3.5-star Ferndale hotel is smoke free.
