Cabin was not clean! Contacted guest services more than once and was told someone would call or come by which never happened and we were there 4 days. Had to go buy cleaning products to clean somewhat. Very disappointed
Location was hard to find at first. Called the number we were given and the guys was extremely rude and cussing at me. 100% will not go back all because of that experience. Aside from that person everything else was fun but sadly that phone call kind of ruined our experience
This property was not too bad until you added all the cleaning fees and taxes. The fees were more than one night of staying here. The cleaning fee was expensive and you had to do the dishes you dirtied, take out the trash and several other things. Typically I would do them anyway⊠but they charge you for a cleaning fee⊠not sure what they are doing since there was a distinct odor and cob webs on the Ceiling and door frames. There were also 3 large spiders that we killed! If you stay here make sure you follow the instructions and not the Google coordinates. It was kinda hard to find if you just use gps.
My daughter and I spent 2 days. She loved it. We had a nice time and loved that we could do all our eating at the cabin. Grills out on porch and full kitchen made it easy.
Lake Lucerne TreeHouse Cabin was all we wanted it to be...Clean, Quiet, Comfortable, Adequate Provisions except for towels and wash clothes in Bath.
We would return!
Nice place to stay if you are heading to Eureka. Beautiful Cabin. Clean and nice amenities. Close to all town but still back in the woods. We enjoyed it alot.
We thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary at your cabin. There were 2 downsides. 1. was the mattress and pillows. The mattress was not comfortable and my husband kept rolling to the middle, the pillows were completely flat and left a crick in the neck every morning. 2. The curtains would not wide enough to close completely for privacy and darkness in the morning. Otherwise great cabin and everything else we needed.
My husband and I took our two dogs for a 3 day weekend in the cottage, IT WAS PERECT. Warm, cozy, inviting, plenty of room for the pups, quiet, and so relaxing. We only left the cabin to go to the local grocery store, it was the perfect place to stay and unwind from a hectic job! Thanks so much for the place to call home for a day or 2.
Very clean and cutely decorated. The only negatives was the living room sofa and chairs were very uncomfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Wish there was a little bit more room around it but that said it was comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We were hoping to have easy access to a fishing area but there wasn't a way down to the water. We also could have used some bakeware as we didn't have anything for oven cooking when it was raining and we couldn't cook outside. Overall, the cabin was nice and quiet and we had a great time. Thank you.
Very quiet and relaxing stay in a quaint, rustic cabin. Close to historic downtown Eureka Springs. AC, Wi-Fi, TV, and kitchen appliances made our stay easy. Beautiful decor, couldn't get more "cabin" than this tree house. Waterfront view was masked by trees and shrubs so view online was a bit misleading. There was only one set of stairs down to lake and they were broken. Bottom of stairs only had a small platform to stand on, no pier. No lake access was disappointing but rest of stay was great. Saw deer, all kinds of birds and soaring bald eagles in the far off pines. Thank you!
A wonderful get away. We really enjoyed our peaceful stay here, and checking in was seamless. Just follow the instructions that are given, and you wonât get lost finding it. Thank you!
