My friends and I stay in Eureka every autumn, and this time we wanted to be in walking distance and experience the cottage living. Three stories and well restored, the Perch is the perfect distance from town. You can see the Christ of the Ozarks from the balcony when the leaves fall, and and while I was worried about being so close to Brews where there's live music and being across from the neon sign of the Palace Bath House, you really can't hear any loud music and the hotel turns the bright lights off after a certain time. It's kitchen, fireplace, and bathrooms are so fancy! Felt like we were in an old mini mansion, and when my friend was confused about getting in, he contacted and helped me help her right away. 100% recommend.
