Solo traveler I stayed oct 11 2025 one night in the suite room. When i pulled up there was a mop and mop bucket outside along with a trash can. That was still there the next day. The guy checking me in stopped to go do something then came back and finished checking me in.The wifi did not work! The hot tub was a jacuzzi tub not a hot tub as stated! The water for it was luke warm and it took forever to fill.I actually took the ice buvket and filled it with hot water to warm up the jacuzzi tub. Because for some odd reason the sink had extremely hot water. Alongvwith the shower. The towels had stains on them. Over all the room was just dirty. The floor you could tell needed mopped. The refrigerator needed defrosted. The chair and pullout bed both had stains. The ceiling light needed cleaned you could see dead beds. The room was very dark, even with every light on. The hotel is not the same name as advertised. The fruit for breakfast you could tell had been there awhile. The mini fridge was dirty thats where the milk and juice was. Also was very dark in the dining area. This was a very outdated hotel. Next time I'll drive a little bit further to stay at a better hotel.
