My only two *small* complaints were A) the bed was so hard. I kept waking up with a sore back. B) The TV wasn't a smart TV that I could cast anything to. The breakfast was good, the pool was great and I enjoyed the hot tub. The transit system is great. I walked around and found a good spot to eat at and a salon around the corner to get a facial at. Very nice property! If I stay in Everett again, I'll definitely think first about this hotel.

Upon arrival there was a letter on my bed stating there would be no or limited housekeeping due to staff shortages. The breakfast was disgusting - a kind of egg patty that neither looked nor tasted like an egg. The seating was so odd that people had to sit on cushions to reach the tables. In an unsavory area with no restaurants or cafes nearby.

The property was very clean and presentable, the gentleman that checked us in was very polite and extremely helpful. Our room was clean and accommodating. We came up to Everett for a graduation so we were only in town one night but I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Best Western Cascadia!

Breakfast was surprisingly good, and the staff were friendly. All the hallways smell bad and, our room smelt even worse. Leaving my clothes on the carpet was a mistake as they smelt like vomit when I picked them up the next day. Also the TV service isn’t great with static going through the screen.

This hotel is ridiculously OUTDATED, the elevator looks like it’s from the 1900’s the carpets probably haven’t been changed or cleaned for 47 years, and the rooms are just as outdated. For $235 FOR ONE NIGHT… I was literally so disappointed in myself for not looking more into it before spending that much for one night.

Ice machine on 3rd floor didn't work. The room I was assigned was actually out of of service and they had to give me a new room. They charge $20 to check in early despite having rooms available. Breakfast was okay. Room was okay. No food available within walking distance and no female should even think of walking in that neighborhood. I was glad to leave.
