We tend to come and stay at this property 2-3 times a year (over the past 4 years), and we have come to expect a bit of a standard. But this stay was a bit below the standard we have had in the past. First parking in the underground garage was free, this has now changed to $10 per night. Second, the wifi, while free is very hit and miss (very slow), there is an option for a paid higher speed. Third, upon arrival a little after 3pm I went to take a shower, even after 10 minutes of running the shower, the water barley got warm. The free breakfast is good, but items we not replenished when the ran out (with a limited offering it did not leave many options), but for a free breakfast it is good. We will stay here again, and hope this was a one off less than ideal experience.

We had a great experience! We stayed one night for a concert nearby. We walked to and from the venue and felt completely safe. The hotel was clean, the staff was efficient, and the breakfast was satisfactory. Would stay again.

Staff were very enthusiastic however they just was not enough of them. I was in town for a conference and stayed for four nights and just found a lot of little things that were time consuming because they didn’t operate quite correctly or there was not a staff person available. Started with registration. No one is at the desk and I had to wait several minutes until a staff person returned. She was very apologetic and apparently was the only one working at that time parentheses around 5:00 PM. Examples of some of the minor inconveniencesincluded, remote control on the television that did not work very well, heating controls that were a little iffy, water that seemed to take forever to get warm, shampoo and body gel conditioners were extremely high and difficult to reach, and computers that were not hooked to the Internet. Not huge things just annoying and time-consuming. Anytime I complained staff were quick to respond, but frequently they would be helping other guests and I had to wait until they were available to explain my problem. Breakfast was very good and the staff again were very congenial. Rooms were clean daily and towels replaced which I appreciated. I did not use the pool however it looked very clean. I would I would stay there again for a one night trip, but not for an extended stay.

The room was a little musty - and the window had bird droppings on it, making it harder to enjoy the view. They also charged $10 for parking when the website said it was free parking - so a little disappointing.
