There were dirty socks left under the stool in my room, so this would give me the impression that the rooms are not properly cleaned. I did not notify anyone because we got in late and noticed it in morning. Just felt kinda gross.

Our room was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The only criticism is that we had to make our own daybed. Narissa, at the front desk, was courteous, friendly, and very helpful.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel due to the location and being able to walk to Angel of the Winds Arena, which I love. The area feels safe after dark after an event which is important to me. I like everything about this hotel, however on this particular stay I was not satisfied. I booked a room with two queen beds, and upon arrival I was told they had me down for a king and sofa bed (I double checked to make sure I didn't book the wrong room, I did not and had the email reflecting the option of two queen beds). I was there with my two teenage daughters for a concert so we wanted two beds. I was told they had no double queen beds left and after driving all day I didn't want to deal with it. We were an hour early for check in and they told me I could pay $25 if we wanted to get into the room ONE hour early. So I paid the fee but then after I paid, the front desk attendant told me they wouldn't let me into the room until the sofa bed was made. I told them I would make the bed up myself so we could just get into the room but they would not allow that. I wish they had told me that before I paid the fee for the early check in. This wouldn't have been so bad, but the sofa bed was literally so uncomfortable to sleep on my daughter had to fold the bed back up and just sleep on the couch. I guess this would be fine for a child, but not an 18 year old. It wasn't what I booked and paid for so it was very frustrating.

I paid for a room with two queen sized beds but was given a room with a king sized bed and pullout couch. I asked if they had a room with two queens available and the front attendant said no. Additionally our shower in our rooms didn't get nearly hot. Lukewarm at best. Two days stay

We tend to come and stay at this property 2-3 times a year (over the past 4 years), and we have come to expect a bit of a standard. But this stay was a bit below the standard we have had in the past. First parking in the underground garage was free, this has now changed to $10 per night. Second, the wifi, while free is very hit and miss (very slow), there is an option for a paid higher speed. Third, upon arrival a little after 3pm I went to take a shower, even after 10 minutes of running the shower, the water barley got warm. The free breakfast is good, but items we not replenished when the ran out (with a limited offering it did not leave many options), but for a free breakfast it is good. We will stay here again, and hope this was a one off less than ideal experience.
