On checking in, we were told there was a noise complaint in the room above us so the agent would move our room. She moved us from a 2 bed room to a one bed room without asking if that was ok. It was not. I ended up being handed a pile of sheets to make the couch up. It had a giant stain on it and was incredibly uncomfortable. I’d have rather been in the loud room on a proper bed.
