Good enough for the price. Clearly in need of updating. The shower, in particular, had trouble delivering hot water in the morning. Our second set of towels were hidden in the wardrobe. The toiletries were good, there was a kettle and the front desk staff very efficient. Parking was available and a reasonable price for the location. The hotel has the potential to be very good, but needs work.

Highly recommend! Front desk staff member was friendly and helpful as soon as we arrived. The room, including the bathroom, was spotless, spacious and comfortable. We had heavy luggage so they put us on a floor that had a working lift. Great location in the middle of Exeter. Loved the building! Free wifi but not secured with a password.
