Spacious accommodation only about 70 meters from the coast, with stunning views to the sea! Located in a popular residential area on the outskirts of Faaborg, directly on the coastal road. Beautiful view to the water from both the house and from the grassy plot and especially from the balcony on the 1st floor! The house was originally built in 1959 and completely refurbished in 2005, with great emphasis on brightness and functionality. Bright walls and a beautiful wooden floor provide a homely atmosphere. On the ground floor there is the large kitchen / sitting area with good facilities, including microwave and dishwasher, as well as dining area and German channels to choose from in the TV. WLAN for surfing in the house. From the living area you have direct access to the terrace and further to the garden. Furthermore, large bedroom with en-suite bathroom below. In the upper floor there is the living and dining room. There is another bedroom and a second bathroom with shower above. Both from the living room and from the dining room you have direct access to the balcony of the house with stunning sea views! In the basement of the house you will find washer and dryer. The house has a 805 m2 garden plot with protective hedge. From the harbor in Fåborg you can take a small ferry to the islands of Bjørnø and Avernakø, where you can experience Funen at its best. No rental to youth groups desired!
