In a very modern style built holiday home with spacious living space and first-class views from several rooms! Here you can enjoy panoramic views of the so-called Archipelago Island south of the island of Funen and only about 70 meters from the coast. There is a bathing jetty ready during the bathing season. The ground floor wooden house offers plenty of space and a light-filled living ambience. Furniture and fittings are matching and stylishly put together. The holiday home consists of a main and a smaller outbuilding. From the main house you have direct access to the terrace next door. The main house has two large, bright bedrooms, both furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage space. From one bedroom you also have beautiful views to the sea and coast. In one bedroom there is a TV. In addition, large, bright bathroom with shower / WC and pleasant underfloor heating. The focal point of the house is the spacious, open kitchen / living area with dining area and plenty of space for family life. The room is bright and flooded with light, with an open ceiling to First and fabulous views through the large picture windows! The technical equipment includes u.a. WLAN for surfing, flat screen TV with some German channels to choose from and stereo with CD player. The furniture is high quality and of the best, Danish quality. Open-plan kitchen area with contemporary furnishings, including separate oven with hot air / grill function, ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, refrigerator and complete equipment for up to 12 people. From the living and dining area you have direct access to the large open terrace area. Another special feature was the terrace, a practical outdoor shower for refreshment in between or after bathing installed.
