Chime not accepted at check in, but allowed 2 book

The hotel all in all was good. I had issues when we got there to check in and was told I couldn't use the card I used TO BOOK the hotel. Since it's chime. I had all the money on that card from family where they paid their part of the room. Chime was the only card I had so would have been nice to know before I got there. My brother in-law then had to use his credit card (that we weren't wanting to us) to pay for it. If we hadn't of been traveling with family I guess they just weren't going to give us our room???

Rooms were clean, facilities nice and in order, construction was in the area but not bad. Staff was very helpful and the morning cook lady that prepared the food was great fed a whole track team and still all the others were able to eat at the same time. She did an excellent job.

Clean room! Hotels.com guests are put facing the highway or near the elevator. Thankfully the main road was far enough away that there was zero road noise! Ramone at the front desk is professional, friendly and really knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was on the better side of good! Shower had a bar that you could put your foot on while washing it. I'd stay there again!

Clean and updated

The only reason I gave this location 4 stars instead of 5 is the amount of noise in the hall. You can hear everything through the room door. Once it was 8am everyone was making so much noise out in the halls we couldn’t sleep. They need to replace the doors with something more sound proof. Other than that it was quiet all night, everything was clean and new, and the lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. We were very pleased.
