I choose to stay at this hotel because I bring my dog along. This last time I was bothered on two separate occasions about my dog. Both times I was not out long. If you guys have a dog policy, you should expect barking even on the second time I got called. I approached the front desk before leaving and let them know I would be stepping out and to please not call me and they still did. I understand it was not the staff, but they could have handled that differently with whomever called.

Not as satisfied as we normally are. When we arrived the room I was promised was rented. ( planned it in advance - spoke to a staff member who knows me) The first room they gave me neither TV worked. Moved to another room l, one tv worked one did not, the toilet didn’t flush well. There were these big new things plugged in that buzzed and kept us up the first two nights. The people who checked me in and out were very nice… The front desk staff is always great!
