The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast pretty good, with options, dining area pleasant and not crowded. I would like the the hot options more hot - that’s my only suggestion. Eggs/potato were good in taste but not warm to my liking. Plenty of parking and nice lobby. I also appreciated coffee/tea available 24/7. Staff very nice! Pam was super helpful! I would definitely stay there again!

This hotel is a true gem. Tucked away in a quiet spot, with a shopping center and restaurants nearby. Conveniently located to explore the area from Newport, RI to Cape Cod. Our room was spacious and comfortable; breakfast was better than most, with hot and cold options that slightly varied from day to day. Staff was nothing but nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
