NO ELEVATOR

We had a king suite. The room was nice, but 2nd floor and no elevator. We were on an extended road trip so hauling large cases and a cooler. Also though we booked ahead no one set the thermostat, the suite had only one air unit in it, quite loud, bedroom was cold sitting room sweltering.

Website states that building has a hot tub as an amenity, they in-fact do not, and when you try to talk to them about it, they say that only certain rooms have them. Those aren't hot tubs... that would be a spa tub, or glorified bathtub. The front desk staff was rude and uncooperative when trying to talk to them about the hot tub, and refused to give a refund after we had only been checked in for less than an hour before finding out the amenity wasn't there.

No breakfast

Breakfast not refilled at all from 0830 to 1000. Empty hot bar. Employee standing in the back behind the counter, didnt come out until it was time to put out the 3 slices of bread back into the loaf of bread. At least 3 families waiting for food during the multiple times we checked the dining area, nothing but an empty waffle dispenser, 2 bagels and cold cereal dispenser.
