The Gypsy Wagon was a very cozy getaway for us. It was very clean and the location was easy to find. It was quiet and serene and enable us to do our sightseeing in the area and still close to restaurants and shopping for necessities. It was really a nice stay and we will visit it again in the future. And the host was really good answering questions and providing information when needed.
We felt very comfortable considering how tiny the wagon was. We loved it. Very clean and we felt very safe. The bed was very comfortable and it had great water pressure for our showers!!!!
We stayed at the Gypsy Wagon for 4 days and we loved it. FairPlay is a charming town and Alma too. Walks around the property are very nice and we even saw a moose grazing one morning. Highly recommend for couples!
The gypsy caravan tiny home was a great little getaway for us! Very clean and well laid-out, the interior space seemed to be very well thought out. The ambient mood lighting was an excellent touch too.
Stay for a night while we wanted a home base for hiking the next day.
Place is mostly a bed. Which is great! We were able to escape Denver and lounge in a cozy gypsy bed and watch Netflix.
Be sure to utilize the mood lighting but know that the TV remote turns that into a disco.
Great stay, cheers
Loved this little gypsy wagon! It's somewhat of a tight squeeze for two, but it's so unusual and unique that it merits a stay! It's very clean and really well designed, and there are some added touches that make it so precious! I won't spoil it for you. Check it out yourself! And have lunch/dinner in the town of South Park. Fun!!
It was fun to try out a small house and see if we would like to live in one. Our only complaint was the lack of a real chair to sit in and that is obviously due to the fact that there just isn't room. It was nice that there were chairs and a table outside. An umbrella or shade of some type would have been nice. It was nicely appointed and we would not hesitate to stay there again.
No detail was left out. Within easy distance to major ski resorts but minus the crowds. Iâve always wanted to try one of these âtiny housesâ and doubt Iâll find one as charming.
I stayed at this property for 3 nights while snowboarding at Breckenridge. Fairplay is just over Hoosier Pass south of Breck about 20 miles, so 4WD is a good idea in the winter. The tiny home is in a RV community on the edge of town. Itâs a cool little home and the hosts did a great job of communicating and making sure everything was good. I enjoyed my stay there.
My sister and I rented this property for our little girls trip before I get married and it was the perfect place to stay! We loved the vibe and decor inside the home and Anita was very fast at replying to any questions we had. Check out was simple and straight forward. It was also fairly easy to find once you arrived in Fairplay. Great stay!!
The directions to the property, which should have been very easy ( less than 2 miles from the Center of the small town) sent us 15 minutes over a dreadful unpaved road in the wrong direction. The directions state that we are in a pristine forestâŠbut we are in a trailer park with over 70 units.
This is definitely a unique property and it is really cute! Very clean, even still smells brand new. The decor is fun and in keeping with the gypsy theme. But please understand it is VERY tiny! There is not anywhere to sit inside except a bench by the entry and the bed. There is a lovely outdoor table and a full size grill as well, so in nice weather you can be outside. However, there are large RV's on either side of this that aren't shown in the pictures and are.....let's just say old and not well cared for. The location is fabulous, Anita is responsive and wonderful, just don't plan to do much cooking or sitting around inside.
The tiny home is really cute and well decorated. The property managers are great. But the listing did not show how close the rv's are, and they are extremely close. I felt a little claustrophobic because of the close proximity to the unfriendly neighbors. It would be perfect if it had more space/privacy between neighbors.
We rented this cute place for just one night before climbing Mt. Democrat. It was a wonderful stay, the rental was clean, and it had everything we needed. Anita was a great communicator and kept in touch with us to ensure we could get into the rental, knew the check out instructions and other helpful information for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!
Even with nights dropping in the 30's we were super cozy warm. Very well built and insulated. Perfect little place for hubby and I while we visiting family nearby. Definitely use gps map given by owner!
Very clean, everything we needed for household like silverware, pans, dishes, towels, etc. Bigger than we expected! Otto's was super yummy for sandwiches and the giant breakfast burrito!! Would definitely use again!
