Wasserpark, Whirlpool und WĂ€scherei – mit all dem kann dieses Ferienhaus (Rauchen nicht erlaubt) aufwarten. DarĂŒber hinaus steht dir Folgendes zur VerfĂŒgung: Spielzimmer/Arcade-Spiele, ein Garten und Grillmöglichkeiten. Dieses Ferienhaus hat 5 Schlafzimmer und bietet dir einen privaten Hof sowie einen Balkon. Die KĂŒche ist mit einem KĂŒhlschrank und einem Ofen ausgestattet, als gewisse Extras findest du aber auch einen Privatpool und einen Kamin vor. Das Bad wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt und die Reinigung erfolgt nur an bestimmten Tagen.

This property didn't live up to expectations. I would not consider it "brand new" or an "ultra luxurious" property as advertised. Great communication with the management, but the house is well worn and in need of work. If the management makes suggested repairs and improvements it could be a lot better experience but it will take some time and money to fix all that is needed. Management was responsive and indicated they were happy for the input and would be making necessary repairs. Several major things in the listing were broken or not usable. Management was notified and is being given a long list of things that need attention. We were able to make do and sleep, shower and eat in the unit for 6 days but I didn't think the property was worth what we were charged in the condition it presently is in. This was a Christmas trip gift for our family of 8 and was disappointing. Not quite sure how it has so many 10/10 reviews. FYI, 2 of the 5 showers are modular, like found in mobile home units, and only 22x28 inches in size and hard to maneuver in. Don't drop the soap and expect to bend over to pick it up easily. As said before, currently not the ultra luxurious property as advertised .

This house was way overpriced for what you got. Our family of nine celebrated thanksgiving there. If we hadn’t brought many supplies (just in case) we would have been SOL. House is advertised as place for large groups but one of my family had to eat thanksgiving dinner with a spoon. Door to our bedroom would not close and a curtain between bedroom and bath. Really classy! I could go on and on but I’d like to forget this nightmare.

Nice location, quiet, private, lovely yard, beautiful pool...however...the house is plenty large, but somewhat run down, lacks expected amenities for the price point. We had 7 adults in 5 bed/5 bath, so a full house for 4 days. Surprised that there were issues: pool heater utterly ineffective, house needs refurbishing (walls & stairs & carpet worn & somewhat stained, uncomfortable & stained furniture), sunroom glass quite dirty overhead. The kitchen is reasonably stocked except that the ratty, scratched Teflon pan set is horrible & possibly dangerous, plastic cutting boards scratched & shedding plastic, measuring utensils lacking. The grill was fine, but wire brush should be replaced with a safe brush. The dishwasher needs a good cleaning, including the filter, it doesn't function as it should. The pool cues are cracked/broken. Deck door handle is loose, needs attention. Bath & pool towels plentiful, toiletries good quality, bedding fine & comfortable. Washer/dryer worked well, detergent pods were appreciated. If occupying for more than a couple of days, bring your own TP & PT, no tissues provided (seriously for this ?). No cell signal due to relatively remote location so the wifi was appreciated, though spotty, some buffering/lag time. Overall, these relatively small issues combined were irritating & it was a disappointment for the amount of money it cost us to hold our family reunion weekend here. Could easily be a great place with attention & maintenance.

Well-appointed modern home

The home is lovely and we all enjoyed the pool, comfy beds, entertainment in the basement, and the well-equipped kitchen. We did have one tv that had problems from day one and a new remote was ordered but didn’t get there until afternoon on Friday. I know it must be practically impossible to keep those working since they are used by so many guests. We had also hoped to use several of the advertised 7 garages, but only the one in the front was working. The others may have been damaged during hurricane Helene last fall, Overall our small family had a wonderful time both at the home and exploring the Asheville and surrounding areas.

Enjoyable stay but with some drawbacks

We stayed as a large group [13 members] in this property. Pros: As described in Vrbo, there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for the 3 families. The kitchen was pretty spacious and had enough utensils to cook and enjoy a meal. The living room was spacious and able to accommodate everyone for a nice movie watch. The kids enjoyed the gaming room.Cons: The biggest drawback was the water availability. As soon as we checked-in, we realized some of the toilets and showers didn't work. Others worked but there was not enough force [we need to wait for so many minutes to use the flush the second time]. If the dishwasher or the laundry washer runs, there won't be any water flow in the bathrooms. In fact almost 10 out of 13 members used only the bathroom in the game room both the days to shower since it had a decent flow of water and also used the same toilet since the flush replenished the water slightly faster. There was no use having 5 bathrooms out of which 2 are non functional and the available ones cannot be used simultaneously. For a large group with many kids water is pretty essential. We understand the water flow limitation and it being taken from a well, but we cannot wait for 2 hours for 13 people to shower and stand in the queue for using the toilet since the flush is so slow to replenish the water. What could have been a happy stay became a bit stressful cos of the water situation in the property. Unless it improves, it will be a difficult stay for a large group.

The property is very nice. It is a close (15 min) drive to Ashville downtown area. We did day trips to area attractions then enjoyed the game room each and every evening. Due to the weather & time of year, we were unable to take advantage of the pool and hot tub.

Excellent family vacation

We stayed here for a week with 8 adults. Bathrooms and kitchen have everything you need. We enjoyed the pool and the theater room in the basement. The property manager was very responsive and checked regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is in a neighborhood but very private. Close to grocery stores and the fun of Asheville. Everyone agreed that we'd come back!

Peaceful and Close to Activities

The house was just the right size for our extended family vacation (10 people + dog). The game and movie room offered fun for all ages, pool was very enjoyable and the yard was really great size for outdoor games. Asheville is close by and easy to get to offering so many great things to see and do.

Great family reunion house

We had a great week at this house with family. The pool was perfect for entertaining the kids as well as the games in the basement. A short 20 minute drive to the Biltmore and plenty of parking. Firefly catching at dusk was another popular activity! The management was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back.

Property manager worked hard to get pool fixed for our trip but repair people left concrete pieces in pool that clouded the water and they forgot to chemicals in hot tub. Location was convenient to Asheville and private. House had plenty of space. One bed frame was broken, upstairs bathroom has a huge window in front of bathtub that looks out driveway.

Plenty of space for everyone!

Private house with lots of room for a crowd. I booked this house for just my husband and myself because we wanted a secluded location. The house would be wonderful for multiple families with plenty of beds and bathrooms! The hot tub was nice and I'm sure the pool is amazing during the summer months. Fun Property for All Ages

This is the second year we spent Thanksgiving at the property. It is great for both kids and adults with so much to keep everyone occupied and happy while on the property. Plus, it is an easy drive to downtown Asheville and the surrounding areas.

We travelled to Ashville for a wedding and came a few days early to relax with family who were travelling from all parts of the country. The home was the right size for our entire family and had all the amenities to make our stay enjoyable. The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we raised. Lovely house with problems

Our family of 8 (6 middle-aged adults and 2 octogenarians) stayed at the house for a week. On the plus side the house was bright and spacious in a lovely setting with beautiful grounds. However, the house had many problems - some of them very serious such as: a windowless "bedroom", a broken bed, a broken dining room bench unsafe to sit on, no screens on windows to open for fresh air, water in swimming pool 1.5 feet below normal, hot tub unusable for several days, indoor bedroom doors unable to close, pool table unusable, indoor peeling paint and cobwebs. There was a general sense of neglect and irresponsibility regarding the maintenance of the house. Additionally, several times during our stay service people showed up unannounced, often at inconvenient times.

Fantastic communication

The property owner provided by far the best communication I have had with a rental property. I never waited more than an hour for a response, even at odd times when a reasonable person wouldn't expect anyone to see the message until the next day. The location is fantastic, even though the property isn't all that isolated, when you're in the back yard you feel like you're in a forest clearing in the middle of nowhere. There's lots provided to do inside as well that make rainy days fun too. It's not mentioned on the description, but the three arcade cabinets in the basement have 20 or 30 games each on them. One thing to note, there's little or no cell data signal at the house and the wifi provided isn't the fastest, testing at 10mbps down/.6mbps up. It's enough to stream but if you want to completely avoid buffering and resolution downscaling, I would recommend downloading what you want to watch the next day overnight and Casting to the TVs rather than streaming direct from.
