Our best vrbo stay to date! We were looking for a relaxing, reset and found that and more. Annette & Eric are wonderful hosts who've taken their time to create the perfect, stress free, comfortable stay! Things that don't always happen like providing ALL the information we needed, the door code well before we arrived, every supply we could need to enjoy everything their property has to offer. Extras like a little personalized welcome message, thank you card, a new body scrubber for each of us, snacks and treats. We had foil, plastic wrap, charcoal & lighter fluid for the grill, wood for the fire pit, stick matches, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, quality cookware, quality dishes and knives, good shower supplies, laundry soap...you get the point. Everything was enjoyable to use, well stocked, and thoughtfully provided.The layout of the cabin is perfect, the decor is adorable and cozy, plenty of blankets and pillows, the furniture is comfortable. The view is relaxing. THE SCREENED IN PORCH! The weather was nice so we turned off the air, opened the front door and were inside & outside as we pleased. We had privacy and weren't right next to another cabin. The little trail we walked. We visited The Lost Sea Adventure & even spent a day at Dollywood (2 hours away). The Lamp Post diner about 20 min away and worth the drive. An antique store 15 min away, a DG 5 min away that we never needed. Clearly I could go on. We loved it and we'll drive over 4 hours one way to stay again!

This cabin was perfect for our 4-day getaway. It had everything we needed and more. Our host, Annette, thought of everything! The cabin was one of the cleanest we’ve ever rented. It was quiet with easy access to Athens, Cleveland, and Etowah. This cabin is now on our Favorites list with VRBO. Thank you again Annette and Eric.

Falcon's Nest exceeded our expectations! Probably the best use of a 500sqft Cabin that I've experienced yet. Everything felt updated, solid and intentional. The main room and the bedroom each have their own AC and their own TV's.. The Shower is clean and spacious considering the size of the cabin. The little screened in porch was a joy in the mornings with seating for 3. Annette was a fantastic host; always answering quickly and added personal touches prior to our arrival. The location is remote and quiet, a beautiful little retreat. I would recommend this stay without hesitation.

Very cozy and clean cabin. It’s so peaceful and relaxing there with a nice screened in porch to sit and have your morning coffee. The hosts Annette and Eric have done a really nice job on their cabin and they’ve thought of everything that you could possible need for your stay and then some! Also very responsive when you have a question. Would definitely love to stay here again.

This is the cutest place ever. Extremely clean witch is a plus for me. Very secluded and quiet, we rode the train so at the end of the day this was the perfect,quiet, relaxing place. The host is very nice as well

The seclusion and relaxing atmosphere were welcoming. We usually go to Florida for vacation but chose instead to visit our 1st year college student (Tennessee Wesleyan University) and catch her in action playing volleyball! Wish I'd known to bring binoculars for bird watching. Hope we have the option to return to this piece/peace of paradise.

Beatiful little cabin in the woods.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the cleanliness of the cabin to the quietness of the location it was picture perfect. Annette, our host, went above and beyond in communication. We truly felt right at home.

Clean and cozy, beautiful property

We loved this property and Annette was super responsive to any questions I had. The cabin is cute and so cozy with all the amenities you need. Everything was spotless let clean and she has thought of everything. We enjoyed coffee in the morning out front, listening to all the birds and the creek. We spent evenings catching up on our day by the grill and cooking dinner. It was so relaxing. We would stay there again and again.

Peace and Quiet

If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is your place. You can sit on the porch and listen to the stream and have your coffee in the morning. Cabin has everything you need. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Private welcoming cabin with excellent host

Cabin was immaculate, welcoming, and had everything we needed. Host was amazing. Cabin was peaceful yet close enough for us to take day trips to Chattanooga and the Ocoee Riverside Farm. Would definitely stay again!

Nestled in paradise

We had a fantastic time at Falcons Nest. Being secluded in the forest was amazing for a few days. The cabin was clean and cozy with plenty of towels and essentials. We would definitely stay there again.
