Timber floating floors throughout two storeys, large living room flooded with natural light, with a wood heater on the far side of the room that sends hot water to heaters all throughout house. Aircon upstairs, entire house insulated to keep you cool on hot days. Good-sized dining room and kitchen with a walk-in pantry, plenty of room for cooking and entertaining! Big laundry with a laundry chute for upstairs and an outside door to clothesline. Children can be supervised playing in cubbyhouse from verandah. Pets allowed OUTSIDE ONLY, wraparound verandah has been modified with gates to keep your pets safe overnight. Down the road from Valhalla Horse Riding, and 10mins drive to Huskisson (gateway to Jervis Bay) and Nowra (CBD and food) each way.

Fancy place close to the bay.
We had a great time here. Three generations of my family were able to enjoy the lovely property and house.It's 10 minutes (or less) to Huskisson and not much longer to places like Culburra. We found it really easy to get to the beach.The property is large and comfy which allowed us to really unwind. The spa - amazing. We had a bit of rain which was really magical in the spa house.Our little kids loved the garden. It was safe for them and they had lots of fun in the cubby house.Great kitchen, great bedrooms. Love the place!
