Very cute place, would love to stay here again as it’s convenient and close to my family. However, and this is a big however, make sure you don’t accidentally leave anything behind when you leave, because the staff will immediately steal it, and management will not do anything to retrieve it or offer any kind of credit for stolen items. Horrible handling of an unfair situation toward a paying guest. I will unfortunately not be staying here ever again out of principle. I had two brand new clothing items I realized same day as check out that I had forgotten to pack from the bathroom, called immediately, and still no resolution. No call to offer a credit. No call with accountability or apology. Nothing. I’m disgusted by the handling of this situation.

Room was recently redecorated and very comfy. However, it was located at the bottom of a hill and the path was steep and bumpy. Also had no lighting. Overall the property is pretty, but restaurant and lobby are dated.
