When we arrived we were assigned a room on the 2nd floor. No elevator. I had recently had knee surgery, so they kindly offered us as room on the first floor. That was very much appreciated.

First off we did not know that there was going to be a $100 deposit for a place that is not in the best condition! Our room the (furniture) had scuff marks all over, drip marks of god knows what on the walls, hair and black stuff in the tub and on the floor, and the best part was poop on the toilet seat! And to top it off the breakfast area was off limits (after breakfast), but you could “rent” it for $150 for 4 ours. This hotel is by far the worst one I’ve ever been too!

Nice family pool area

Front desk staff was so friendly, very nice atmosphere, the pool area was great, the waterside was the best in the area as it’s anchored now really well and doesn’t wobble when going down it like other ones in the area, also has timers on the wall for the waterside to have water running down it also for the waterfall geyser, water was warm and easy to adjust too and hot tub was amazingly hot which was nice and relaxing, breakfast eggs could have been better but everything else was great, definitely will be back and recommend also the tv tho was kind of fuzzy had a fuzzy picture,

The front desk was very accommodating and nice, rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast and coffee selection!! The best part was the waterslide pool the kids had a blast!!!

We stayed with our 3-year-old and 1.5-year-old. The room was clean and great for us. There was always warm/hot water whenever we bathed, which was often because we were in the pool a lot. The small kid pool was cold, the larger pool was warmer, and the hot tub was hot. Everyone enjoyed themselves, playing and swimming in the larger pool and the hot tub. Most people stayed out of the little kids' pool or were there for a short time. Breakfast was wonderful! The staff was polite, friendly, and attentive. Although we didn’t request any assistance, they proactively ensured that the tile floor was kept clean and dry in both the check-in/out area and the entrance to the pool.. During our stay, the temperature was -15 degrees. Our room, like the rest of the hotel, remained warm. I would stay here again.

Stay was good. The room smelled too much of heavy cleaning products so I cracked open the window & put on the continuous fan. It helped air it out so we could sleep. Also with the pool near entrances of the hotel highly smelled of chlorine as our welcome in! It seemed better in AM for breakfast or else we got used of it. Pool areas clean though! Thanks

For the price i wasn’t expecting a whole lot but i was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Free Breakfast was a lot more than I expected and it has very nice variety. Definitely would stay here again!
