Clean and great staff. Only thing did not like was no elevator. Was traveling with someone using a walker and had to walk up stairs to 2nd floor room. The staff did let him move to a 1st floor room the 2nd day.

The hotel was older, not very clean, and wet. No dehumidifier happening, the carpet was spongy and even mold under the fridge.

Our room was just ok. It was clear a thorough cleaning had not been done prior to check in and occupying the room. There was trash on the floor and under the bed. There were visible stains (sticky substance) on the nightstand, desk, and dresser.

The rooms need upkeep. There were marks on the walls and water spots on the ceiling. The lampshades were not clean. The bed and sheets were clean and new, which made the stay bearable. The staff were super friendly and respectful. We had no issues with the staff who were very apologetic and there really was nothing they could do. Better care of the rooms, walls, and furnishings is needed. This place at its rate would be fine if these property issues were taken care of immediately.

Marks on the wall. I deleted the pictures of the lamp shades and carpet, both need to be replaced.

It was so-so, ok for a place to sleep

Breakfast wasn’t really anything to call home about. A hard boiled egg, cereal and a waffle. The shower pressure was terrible, water was cold and the shower head sprayed all over. The AC worked great, the pool and hot tub was great. The room was flagged as non-smoking but smelled like smoke bad. The bed was comfortable.

Perfect customer service

This hotel is perfect if you’re in town for any reason, but definitely if you’re here for wrestling!! Close to everything!! Downtown, Fargo dome, restaurants, etc. what really put it over the top was the staff!! Every person we talked with was awesome and helped us with anything we asked for. The hot tub was perfect for after the long days of sitting at the Fargodome.

While the location was ideal and the staff friendly, the property was extremely outdated and not as clean as it should be. There are no elevators and lots of noise, including a fight after 1am that startled us awake. Would not recommend and would never go back. At $230/night, we expected a decent, clean environment and space!
