To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests and our neighbors, we strictly enforce the following rules:

• Absolutely No Parties or Large Gatherings: We maintain a strictly quiet and peaceful environment. Any attempt to host a party, event, or loud gathering will result in immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the property without refund.

• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside/outside, including tobacco, vape, e-cigarettes, and marijuana.

• Smoking Deep Cleaning Fee: If evidence of smoking is found inside the property, a mandatory $250 Deep Cleaning Fee will be automatically charged to your reservation to cover specialized cleaning and deodorizing services.

This home was exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout is spacious and the setting is incredibly peaceful, with the surrounding woods providing beautiful scenery. It’s also centrally located, making it very convenient. We definitely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Thanks again to our host, Mohamed Fazeel!
