The room was abysmal . . . security latch missing, multiple holes in flooring planks creating safety hazard, dust accumulation on toilet tank and trash behind furniture clearly indicative of rushed/poor housekeeping. Phone call to front desk ineffective. Booking agent able to secure refund. Beware: If it looks too good to be true, it probably it!!

Parking was a little difficult-Paralel parking in line in front of rooms on side of building made it difficult to be in front of your room. Lines need to be repainted. Very good location close to shops and food. would recommend

The room was clean. However, at 8am the next day, the card key entry was reset electronically rendering our car inoperative. We were told that this is automatically done by the system. Check-out is 11am, so why not 11AM for this reset? "Breakfast" was really sad. You could at least offer cereal and milk, and an operable juice machine or boxed juices. A few mini muffins, white bread for toast, and coffee is a very sad offering, The price of the room is not commensurate with such a sad offering.

The room was in quite poor condition. The mirror in the bathroom was shattered! Only one wash cloth and no floor towel was provided. Breakfast was totally unacceptable. Juice machine was out of service and according to another guest it had been that way for a week. When we called, we were told that there was a waffle machine, but this too was wrong. The waffle machine had broken, and they were not getting another, according to the staff. We ended up going out for breakfast. The floor in our room was filthy! After walking around barefoot in the room I got in the shower and dirt was coming off of my previously clean feet. The blue chair in our room looked like it had been in a home with cats that used it as a scratching pad. Torn in many places.. The room in general was in poor condition with many area of wall damage. I would definitely not stay here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room was spacious. I had trouble figuring out turning on the lights when I entered the room. The shower still had hair in it from a previous occupant. The rest of the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the stay was nice.

Staff was courteous upon check in and out. We were attending a wedding the next day and only needed to stay one night. The room itself was very clean and beds were very comfortable. However, the bathroom walls and tub were chipping and looked pretty rough. We had already unpacked and left for dinner, and didn’t realize there wasn’t a shower curtain until we needed it because the door to the bathroom opened in front of the tub. This room definitely needed a bathroom remodel. There was no breakfast offered at all.

Room was booked for two adults and two children. There was only 3 washcloths and 3 bath towels. I went to the front desk to ask for more washcloths and was told they were low on supplies and was only allowed to put 3 of each in a room. Other then that the room was really clean and the staff was very friendly.
