Excessive deposit and hold

Upon check in, the clerk asked for a $100 deposit and said it would take 3-4 business days before it was released back to my account. This was Thursday and now it is Tuesday and they are still holding the money. No other hotels ask for this amount and it is always released the day of check out.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay at Deluxe-Inn at Fayetteville. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Check-in was quick and seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-appointed my room was. Super comfortable!

Excellent hotel!

This hotel is excellent! The rooms are modern, fresh, beautiful and CLEAN! The owner was so amazing. Our first room, the TV had a small reception issue. Within minutes he moved us to a new room. We are Hilton and Hyatt gold. We decided to try this place based on reviews. We will always stay here traveling from FL to Virginia.

Great Wifi

The wifi was excellent. I had to run a three zoom meeting for work, and the connection was fantastic. We got the queen room, since it has both a table and a desk so my spouse and I could both work. One quick note: the hotel puts a $100 hold (a hold, not a charge) on your card to cover against damage or smoking, which takes a few days to fall off.

The Worst little Inn in N.C.!!!!!

In 25 years of traveling...this hotel is the worst hotel in the history hotels. So as the room was originally charged at 76.00...which I paid thru Hotels.com...as I got to the hotel, I was told there would be an additional charge of $100.00 to stay the night...non negotiable. Secondly the room, upon entry smelled of cat urine, abominable. Had to then be transffered to a second room. Avoid this hotel with everything you have..... terrible!!!!
