Our only real issues were that there weren't enough electrical outlets on the wall nearest the head of the bed. My wife and I both sleep with CPAP machines, once they were plugged in, there was no room for our phone chargers. And, there were no coffee cups OR coffee in the room. That was remedied with a call to the front desk. Other than that our stay was great!

I was charged way over the amounts that I was supposed to pay!! We were charged for some ridiculous things. There was NO HOT water to take a shower. The floor was dirty, the bottom of my white socks were black after walking around in the room trying to get dressed.

I was here five nights. The first night I did not have a remote or TV. The man on duty never brought it. I did not get one until shift change. Next morning, I found a lot of long black hair in the bathtub and on the shower walls. Most of the staff was very nice. The continental breakfast is a huge joke! They should not be allowed to call it continental. Package muffins, one kind of cereal… that was all.
