Apartment 1 on the ground floor of the Apartmani Kažun complex has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a spacious living-dining room with a functional kitchen. The apartment is on the back of the house, with direct access to the pool via the east-facing terrace. There is a seating area with a dining table on the terrace.

In the well-kept garden there is a pool, lounge and seating areas and a grill.

The apartment is spacious and functional. It is located on a shared, fenced plot with another holiday home and the house has another apartment on the ground floor and first floor. The system can therefore be optimally booked for several friends of friends.

The well-kept green garden and the pool area is shared by all guests. Sun loungers and seating are available.

One bedroom has a double bed (180x200), the second bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200). The bathroom has a shower, a vanity and a toilet.

Hervorragende Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Wir sind von der Wohnung begeistert. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man als Familie mit 2 Kindern während eines Urlaubs braucht. Sehr nette und umsichtige Objekt Betreuerin und auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war stets angenehm und promte Reaktion.

Wunderschön!

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung. Unsere Familie hat den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Der Pool mit kleinem Garten ist ein Traum.

Eine erholsame Zeit in Kroatien

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Fazana und würden jederzeit noch einmal kommen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sauber und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Lediglich eine kleine Couch fehlt, da die vorhandene Sitzbank nicht wirklich bequem ist. Wir haben sowieso kein TV geschaut, aber hätten wir es gewollt, hätte die Gemütlichkeit gefehlt. Die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort war toll und jederzeit ansprechbar bzw. hilfsbereit Das Restaurant um die Ecke ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert und die Lage außerhalb ist zumindest sehr ruhig, könnte aber etwas näher an der Ortsmitte liegen. Uns hat es dennoch sehr gut gefallen und besonders der schöne Garten mit dem Pool war super - mit zwei Kindern optimal. Wir sagen daher nochmal „vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub“

Schöne Urlaubstage

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Fazana. Die Wohnung ist ordentlich und alles da was man brauchen könnte. Die Lage zum Meer sowie nach Pula und anderen Ausflugszielen ist top. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin läuft auch einwandfrei. Ein weiterer Besuch wird in Erwägung gezogen.

hervorragende Unterkunft gerne wieder

Wir waren als Familie mit unseren beiden Kindern in dem tollen Feriendomizil untergebracht. Wir hatten die etwas kleinere Wohnung ( jedoch ausreichend Platz) , aber diese war top, gleich mit Blick auf den Pool und einer überdachten Terrasse. Es war alles in einem Tip Top Zustand. Seperate Waschküche und Müllraum vorhanden. Die Kommunikation war auch sehr gut, es wurde sehr schnell auf Nachrichten bzw Fragen geantwortet. Das Feriendomizil ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und somit sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Dankeschön für den tollen Aufenthalt. Lg Claudia und Familie

Erholsamer Badeurlaub

Tolle saubere Ferienwohnung mit Pool. Die Fewo hat 2 Schlafzimmer. Das Kinderzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten war relativ klein, was uns aber nicht gestört hat da wir die meiste Zeit im Freien verbracht haben. Das Eltern-Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett ist ausreichend groß. Für unsere Kinder 4 und 9 Jahre alt war der Pool ideal zum Schwimmen und Tauchen. Mit dem Auto erreichte man den Strand in wenigen Minuten. Die Fewo ist über eine Schotterstrasse erreichbar. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub den wir noch lange in Erinnerung behalten.

schöne Ferienwohnung und sehr hilfreiche Vermieter

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Als am Ende unseres Urlaubs unser Auto eine Panne hatte, haben uns die Vermieter sehr geholfen. Extra für uns wurde das WLAN sogar mit einem leistungsstärkeren Router ausgestattet.

Super tolle Lage mit schönen klarem Pool

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen hier. Terrasse gleich neben Pool. Nette Leute kennengelernt. Strand ist auch gleich in der Nähe. Pula und Fazane in 5 min erreichbar. Was will man mehr. Werden wieder kommen.

Alles gut!

Fazana ist ein etwas ruhigerer Ort, im Vergleich mit Porec oder Rovinj. Nichts desto trotz hat er viel Charme und vor allem schöne Strände. Leider wurden diese frisch angelegt, daher fehlt es noch an Schatten, aber es gibt ja Schirme. Unser Apartment liegt an der Grenze zu Pula, was aber nicht das schlechteste ist. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und da ein steter, mal leichterer, mal stärkerer Wind herrscht, auch bei höheren Temperaturen sehr angenehm. Das Apartment ist voll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Anständige Betten und Matratzen sind vorhanden. Der Pool ist top und wird von einem Poolboy gereinigt und überprüft. Die Liegen sind, wie auch die Stühle, Tische und Sonnenschirme neu. Wir wurden, obwohl viel zu früh, herzlich empfangen und da wir uns noch etwas gedulden mussten, mit einem Getränk und Snack versorgt. Wir erhielten Informationen zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Weg zum Strand und Lokalen. Was will man mehr. Kurz, es war alles gut und wir können das Objekt absolut weiter empfehlen. Zu erwähnen, ist vielleicht noch, dass die Vermieter, Sandra und Mario, nicht in Kroatien leben, also nicht ständig vor Ort sind. Allerdings könnte man sie jederzeit telefonisch erreichen, wovon wir jedoch keinen Gebrauch machen mussten. Das Haus wird von zwei Damen gut betreut. Kurze Zusammenfassung: Unbedingt empfehlenswert!
