Meagan is a consummate host! We stayed with our 3 children and 1 dog for a week in late October. We had a wonderful stay. Meagan has thought of every detail to make her guests feel at home at her lake cottage, including toys/games for kids and treats for the dog. We highly recommend this place for small families traveling with pets.

Quiet & cozy

Communication is superb. All the instructions are super helpful, and photos/description of the place is spot on. We really enjoyed being away from city noise. The place is super clean. Plenty of room, perfect for a small family or two couples. Fully stocked kitchen.

Saturday visit

My husband and I spent over 30 years on this lake and returned there to visit family. Megan‘s spot on the hill was charming and peaceful. It was beautifully decorated and renovated. We hated to leave and look forward to returning to this very special place .Megan was a terrific host! Megan made it perfect.

Great, relaxing stay

The cottage is adorable and perfect for my family of four. It was quiet and relaxing just what we needed before school started. The place had everything you could need and more. The lake was great for swimming and we enjoyed bonfires by the lake. Megan was great with communicating everything. We loved the stay! Five stars!!!

Perfect stay with my wife and 2 labs.

What a fantastic cottage. We stayed Monday - Saturday. Located back a private road the cottage had absolutely everything you would need to cook and live comfortably. There are neighbors close but the secluded neighborhood offers lots of privacy. The AC worked great in the main room then plenty of fans to circulate it around. Walk down the steps to the private waterfront area was amazing. The boat shed has a great front porch to relax out of the sun or there are several chairs around a fire pit. Lake was perfect and we swam with the dogs each day. Lake isn’t very deep it starts at a foot and once past the end of the dock is still only 3ft or so. You could swim out a ways and still be less then 6ft. Crystal clear water with plenty of wildlife. We will definitely bookmark this one and look to stay again in the future. The cottage is accurately described and met our needs perfectly. 5/5 for us.

You will be impressed!

To begin with I was impressed with Meagan the property manager. She was friendly, very informative, and extremely responsive when a question was submitted. The unit was very accommodating. Amenities were abundant as we lacked nothing that we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was very well equipped, and main house was nicely situated. This unit satisfied all of our needs.

The best rental we have every stayed at!

Wow! What a wonderful stay! This little cozy cottage was amazing. My 2 sisters and I arrived in the dark to a lit up warm and perfect place to stay for our 4 nights. The host had turned on all the lights, and even left us some yummy goodies to munch on. We have never been to a rental that had so much. Everything you would ever need was supplied. Great instructions in a book on how to work everything, and helpful things about area also. The sunroom was our happy place, as we spent hours in it looking out at the lake. Views were amazing! Loved the games in the cottage, and how cozy the place is decorated. Host was so friendly, and communicated several times, once just to check on us to see if we were warm enough, as the temps had dropped. I highly recommend this little gem of a place to stay on Long Lake! I wish all of the rentals I stay in were managed by this host, she is the best!!

The Perfect Host!
