Good hotel, spacious room and comfortable bed. Good value for money. Would have been nice to know there was a free airport bus about 10 minutes walk from the property rather than a €27 euro taxi ride.

Clean and nice hotel. Staff are exceptional! I’m a mom here in Geneva attending a conference, the staff helped me upgraded to a room with the freezer when it’s pretty fully booked and I was able to freeze the breast milk to bring home to my baby. Other staff are always trying to be helpful. Be aware this hotel is in the French side if you are going to the Plexpo for conferences this needs a crossing of the boarder.

This is a nice property. The hotel was updated and styled nicely, while our room was excellent. A very safe area. Walked a block to get some good food. The beds were comfortable and room was very clean. The only thing that bothered me was when I checked in, a member of the staff had me fill out a paper with my personal information, like my date of birth and what city was I born in. I couldn’t comprehend why you need that information for a hotel stay. Seemed a bit sketchy. Other than that, it was a great stay.
