I emailed twice for check in instructions - never responded to. On second phone call, spoke to host Michelle - I told him we had not received our check in instructions. He said he was fully booked. I said I had a reservation could I give him the number - He said we had no reservation then said thank you and goodbye. It cost us at least $ 500 extra as Vrbo had a limit for refund and we had to eat in restaurants and pay for laundry and city tax. We had 5 people and needed two rooms to replace the 2 bedroom unit we paid for. Never had such a rude experience!
