Monty's Maison is a large cottage, recently refurbished throughout by the owners and is located near the village centre of The Bay Filey holiday village.

Enter into a spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead to the right is a stunning family space with large open plan living area, beautiful dining area and furniture with access to the large refurbished kitchen.

There is an excellent dining space in the kitchen, with extended dining table seating 6 with French doors to the patio, and 2 large comfortable sofas - ideal for relaxing in front of. The patio has lovely furniture and a gas BBQ for you to use. Across the hall there is a WC.

The owners provide low level fencing for your furry friends not to escape the patio. This must be put away at the end of your stay (if you use it)

Upstairs, you will find a master king size bedroom with a shower room ensuite. There are two other bedrooms - one as a king and the other as a twin There is also a large family bathroom with shower over a P shaped bath.
