Discover the beauty of Findlay from this newly remodeled 4-bedroom house. Up to eight guests will find two king beds and two queen beds, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The house features three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, including two relaxing tubs. There is a large living room and dining area with an open kitchen with all new Maytag appliances. A hall leads to past the kitchenette area where yo will find the coffee maker and other morning needs. beyond this is the half bath, laundry room and main bedroom with en suite bathroom, including double vanities. Just inside the front door, the stairs lead to the second floor landing. The second full bath is just off the landing and includes a large vanity with mirrors. Two bedrooms are off each end of the landing and the third bedroom is located through the east bedroom as access. This room has a king bed and the other two bedrooms have queen beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans except the limited access bedroom. With heating and AC, the space stays comfortable no matter the season. The spacious and wooded front porch is enjoyable during good weather. The dining/ living room area leads to the sliding door which opens up to the backyard. A patio with white poly dining set is available for outdoor meals. A wood grill or gas grill will be available for your outdoor grilling needs. A large yard will be fenced and available for your pets and children’s safety . It is spacious for games. The front porch is a peaceful wooded view with covered serenity in Aderondack chairs. This home offers a welcoming atmosphere where guests can unwind and create lasting memories. We hope you enjoy what our home and Findlay has to offer.
