Disliked: Cleanliness
Awful. Looks run down. No one in the front desk to check you in with instructions to call another location. No one answered so I drove to the other location where a woman with a rag on her head was annoyed to engage with any of the guests. Waited for an hour to be told that no rooms are going to be available. We ended up being late for the event we drove up for. Requested refund didn’t receive it. Ended up booking at an IHG Holiday Inn 10 min away. Much cleaner. Service better. Don’t waste your time. Looks and feels like a trap house.
