Nice apartment in rustic style, located about 300 mt. from the ski resort of Pulicchio; this is in fact just a 5 minute walk and is near (7 minutes drive) also to the Val di Luce and all'Ovovia, both for winter and for summer. Mountain warm atmosphere with lots of wood in sight and is composed of 2 double bedrooms of which one with 1 single bed, kitchenette with dishwasher and central island for breakfast and quick lunches with type bar stools. Beautiful central fireplace in the living-dining room which is spacious and comfortable with TV 32 ", two comfortable sofas, one bed (double) and two single chairs. big bathroom with shower w. c. and bidet and a washing machine and cabinets brings everything and additional heating with hot air. Storage room and woodshed.
