The living room provides direct access to the private courtyard where you can organize candlelit aperitifs or barbecues in complete relaxation.

The convenient kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a large 5-burner stovetop and oven, a dishwasher, and a double sink. All essential utensils are provided. The kitchen offers direct access to the sea-view terrace, furnished with an outdoor table and chairs for al fresco lunches or dinners where you can enjoy the scent of the sea and views of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
