The property was a nice addition to Flagler Beach. The Chill roof bar will be a great spot when they work through some service issues. Lighting when it's dark was very limited. My guess due to it being turtle season. Watched guests use their phone lights to see their food..

They didn't clean my room 2 out of the 4 days I was there. The days they did clean the room they didn't make the bed or replace the water bottles and coffee pods. Other then that the hotel was good.

The overall feel of the property was just relaxing and inviting from the moment we check in. All staff were friendly and professional. Most of the guests we ran into were over 50, like ourselves, so a nice chill vibe. Bar staff made great drinks and didn't skimp on alcohol with happy hour drinks. Pool area was small, but comfortable. The rooms were spacious. We will definitely return when we are in Flagler again. Hotel is very walkable to restaurants and convenience stores.

Everything about this hotel was excellent from the staff to the amenities. We enjoyed the pool area and restaurant while staying. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. My only disappointment was the comfort of the bed and pillows. The mattress was too hard and the pillows felt like they dissappeared when I laid my head on them.

The hotel was extremely nice, but to be a new hotel, there were a few things that weren't that great. There's not enough parking space and our shower head was broken, so the water didn’t flow properly. There was no microwave, but did have a mini-fridge. For an overnight stay it was fine, but it would not have been adequate for more than that.
