We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse. It was charming, cozy and exceptionally clean. Hope, was very communicative and fast to respond to any messages and/or questions and concerns. Our family loved all the shabby chic farmhouse decor. The attention to detail was great! The beds were super cozy and comfortable. This house has been our favorite Vrbo stay yet! I would highly recommend this Farmhouse to anyone wanting a nice, wonderful, extremely comfortable home to stay in Flagstaff. Our family gave it 5 stars!!!

If traveling with a family with little kids or alone or something in between then…

Consider staying at this wonderful farmhouse. A blast from the past, this place combines all the amenities of the 21st century while still managing to retain the hospitality of an older era. Our 2-year-old basked in the naturally heated sunroom on the first floor, while our 11-year-old was enamored by the low ceilings of the second floor. In his own words, “Dad, this feels like Hobbiton.” For my wife and me, the farmhouse was a perfect getaway, transporting us to a different time and space.

Lovely Get-Away!

Our stay was great! The property was a few minutes outside of Flagstaff which gave us a true retreat and a relaxed experience. The house was spacious with several areas to sit in. The sun porch was WONDERFUL! Warming up in the sun on a cool December day was heavenly. Hope was quick to respond to all of my inquiries. We really had a nice stay!

The Farmhouse Feel!

This home is nicely done and gives that cute farmhouse feel! Just a mile off the main highway so very easy to commute. The home is very nicely decorated and accommodating for small or large groups. We had 8 people and we were all comfortable. We had a quick overnight stay but it was very nice!

Farmhouse fabulous!

This was a beautiful and spacious modernized old home in the country outside of Flagstaff. Right in the front yard was a bridge from the original Route 66. The house had everything we needed. Hope, The owner, was only an email away if we needed anything and was willing to help in anyway she could. Breezes at night kept the house cool in the summer son did not make it to warm during the day. It was a very peaceful setting even with the slight road noise from the nearby highway – – not even with the windows open at night did it keep us awake. We would stay here again!

Honeymoon spot

This was a great place for my wife and I to get away for our honeymoon. We were not far from downtown where you can find many restaurants, activities, etc. And not too far to take a trip to the Grand Canyon and the Wupatki National Monument. Hope was a fantastic host and get in touch often! Great home, great landscape, and a great trip!

This place is charming! It was a great spot close to Flagstaff and Other attractions.

This house was just what we needed. The decor is charming and the kitchen stocked with anything you need. We cooked family meals everyday and made her eat memories. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view of the mountains was stunning. The abandoned bridge nearby was the perfect backdrop for our family pictures. The Host was easy to get ahold of and very communicative. It was an easy drive to Flagstaff and close enough to make day trips to the Grand Canyon and skiing at SnowBowl. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little farmhouse

We spent two nights at this adorable farmhouse. The house was easy to locate, well appointed, beautifully decorated and clean. It was nice to get out of Phoenix for a couple of days and the location of this house makes it a perfect choice to explore some of the northern parts of the state easily. The highways are easily accessible which makes sightseeing a breeze.

Perfect location

This lovely home was a great location for all that we wanted to do during our 10 day stay in AZ. We went to Grand Canyon, Sedona, petrified forest & many places in between (the binder the host provided had a couple other places we didn’t have in mind that we visited as well). All the drives were seamless, and the house was a great place to end the day after long hikes.

Nice R&R vacation

We had a lovely 5 day stay at the Farm House. The home is just outside of Flagstaff with SPECTACULAR views of San Francisco Peaks. The 4 bedrooms are well spaced out, so everyone has their own area. The beds & linens are incredibly comfortable and there are two shared bathrooms with the plenty of storage. The main living room and kitchen are spacious and can accommodate multiple cooks and a large group. There is a small lounge upstairs, as well as plenty of yard/patio space & furniture outside. There is also an unfinished sunroom with large windows that let in lots of sunshine & keep the room toasty warm for nighttime stargazing. The heating system and wood burning fireplace kept the home warm and comfortable. There is not an AC in the home, so we don’t know how comfortable it is in the summer, but there are fans & lots of windows throughout the home to let in lots of fresh air. We had a couple of snafus with the home. The WiFi worked fine for TV, but was inconsistent for laptops & iPads and there were slight plumbing issues. Also the home was not clean & ready for us on our check-in date. Huge kudos to VRBO for finding us a hotel room for the night-during a busy 3 day weekend-free of charge. The host got the home ready for our arrival early the next day & refunded our first night. Couple of suggestions for improvement: Coat rack or hooks by the front door; drawer/cabinet organizers for the cooking utensils, pots, pans and bowls; and night lights for the bathrooms. All in all, a very nice property.
