This is the tiny home of your dreams! This tiny home is within a serene community of other tiny homes called "The Simple Life." It is the perfect getaway for couples, friends, or small families. Just 10 mins to the Village of Flat Rock and historic downtown Hendersonville, home to many wonderful shops, galleries, and restaurants. Nearby you’ll find local breweries, vineyards, apple orchards, hiking trails, and waterfalls, as well as many other outdoor activities. No pets allowed.

This sleek and modern tiny home features a private bedroom with a tempur-pedic adjustable queen bed on the main floor, a full bathroom, well equipped kitchen, living room, and a LOFT that includes two twin floor mattresses. (*Please note* there is a ladder leading up to the loft and loft ceiling height is low. This loft is no suitable for young children). Enjoy sipping coffee in the mornings or a beverage in the evenings on the peaceful screened in front porch, aiding to the indoor/outdoor living experience of this tiny home. Soak in the modern farmhouse-style bathtub and revel in the "simple life" that this home is sure to bring you back to. Plenty of natural light boasts through the windows, making the space feel spacious and airy. Enjoy the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, and Wi-Fi.
