L'Amiradou (meaning panoramic view point) is a charming villa located on a quiet path popular with hikers and cyclists.
Completely private and not overlooked but not isolated, this villa is a real gem with, as its name suggests, fantastic views.
From the gate you can walk for kilometres surrounded by vineyards and olive trees without being disturbed by traffic.
Recently renovated, the villa has four double bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor and two more on the garden level with separate access. All bedrooms have air conditioning

The air conditioned living area is open plan with kitchen, dining room and lounge, all with stunning views of the surrounding olive groves and the Massif des Maures beyond.
The 2200 m² garden is fenced with electric gates and provides parking for a number of cars. There are fruit and olive trees.
The swimming pool measures 10 x 4 x 1.5 m and is surrounded by a beautiful terrace furnished with sun loungers and a table and chairs covered by an awning and a sheltered summer kitchen equipped with plancha, fridge and sink for those essential summer evenings .

A 20-minute walk takes our guests to the charming, typically Provençal village of Flayosc with its many restaurants and bars.
The village is lively all year round but particularly in summer when there are many activities for the whole family.
Situated between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, Flayosc is an ideal location for exploring Provence - from Saint-Tropez to the Gorges du Verdon, there is something for everyone.
During your stay at this villa, you'll be close to Domaine Rabiega. An outdoor pool and laundry facilities are available. Enjoy your stay with amenities like free WiFi and a private pool in the villa.
