I really like this place everyone was friendly and knew english. You had to make reservation to the restaurant and sometimes i forgot to so i didnt eat. The food was real good. I will definitely recommend this place

Luksus i topklasse

Det var vores fjerde gang på Das James. Som altid træder man ind i en anden verden. Den er fyldt med luksus og forkælelse. Der kan være lidt crowded omkring poolen, men så kan man prøve at gå en etage ned og se, om der er ledige senge. Værelser, senge, morgenmad - alt er deres fem stjerner værdigt. Eneste minus var, at der denne gang var børn under 14 i rooftop pool. En af årsagerne til at vi elsker at komme på dette hotel er netop, rooftop pool for voksne. Der er en pool for børn på første etage - og personalet bør henvise til denne.
Velkomsten er altid en fornøjelse

Fint hotel med forbedringspotensiale

Fint hotell med beliggenhet ved brygge. God standard på hotellet. Bestilte familie suite med 2 soverom. Sengen var ikke av høy kvalitet, men badet var fint og bra minibar/kaffe løsning på rommet. Veldig vennlige ansatte, MEN man måtte stadig påkalle deres oppmerksomhet da de løp rundt overalt uten å ha oppmerksomheten på gjestene. Vi kom tilbake fra en lang dag med møter 16:40 og fikk da beskjed om at det ikke var mulig å få servert mat ( med unntak av pommes frites) før kl 18:00 - dette er håpløst i all tid hotell skal fungere som «midlertidig hjem» og da bør man kunne få tilgang på mat hele dagen.
