The staff was great. If you need a quiet place this is not the place for you. It is quite loud at night. If did not bother us. Security was very good. The location was perfect, right across the street from the train station. They do offer breakfast for a fee but we never had it.

Really good location, only a 5 minute walk to the centre. The hotel is placed right next to the tram stop so its very easy to get to and from the hotel. The rooms are fitted with blackout electric blinds, the bathrooms are spacious with great amenities and the bed is very big and comfy!

The hotel is right by the train station which is partly why we chose to stay here. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the area outside was a bit sketchy, you felt safe in the hotel. Overall, a very good experience.

Great hotel and nice location

Nice hotel across the train station, very clean and friendly staff. Though lots people around the railway station, the hotel is private and room is quiet. Room is big and simple. Breakfast is very good. Lots good restaurants within about 10 mins walk distance.

10 stars! The team, Alessia, Alex, and Viola, were so helpful and kind. They created a welcoming environment from our initial communication ahead of our stay to our fond farewell. Such amazing customer service! Thank you for making our stay in Firenze so special. The space was inviting, the bed was very comfortable, having a separate living area was so nice, and the bathroom was spacious. We appreciated all the amenities. We truly felt like VIPs during our stay. The location is so convenient for traveling, and we felt very safe during our stay. Highly Recommend!

Excellent place to stay. It is conveniently located across the train station, yet in a safe location. The entry to the hotel is accessed via security code. The rooms are very spacious and clean. My experience in Florence was nothing short of amazing thanks to 7Florence and their staff. Prior to even entering the establishment Alessia showed outstanding hospitality. Alessia as well as the other staff members made sure that we were able to get to the shopping areas, see the main attractions and go on a wine tour! 7Florence is definitely a 10/10 and I will return for my next trip to Florence.
