Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig; man konnte die Unterhaltung aus der benachbarten Wohnung von nebenan verstehen, sogar die einzelnen Worte. Der Fernseher war auch sehr laut bis ca. 0:00 Uhr. Das Frühstück was typisch für ein B&B, Kaffee war aber nur von 8:30 bis ca. 9:30 verfügbar, es gab sonst keine Möglichkeit sich Kaffee zu machen. Zahlen konnten wir nur in bar (Übernachtung Tourismustax). Als Quittung eine Mail ohne Nennung der Summe! Parkplätze auf der Straße. Marco, der uns empfangen hatte, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Bien si vous êtes un lève tôt (bruit de 7 à 8h)

Arrivée avec l’hôte très bien. Ponctuel et donne de bons conseils de restaurants. L'appartement est très agréable, la chambre spacieuse. Le problème est que rien n'est insonorisé. Les voisins du dessus qui traînent leur meubles sur le sol; les voisins, les motos et voitures qui partent du parking sous la fenêtres. Bruit de 7 à 8h. Exceptionnellement durant notre séjour, des travaux avaient lieu sur le parking. Impossible de se reposer.

Einfach und spartanisch eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr freundliche Betreuung, Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, mit Bus Nr 20, Abfahrt gleich um die Ecke, noch einfacher. Parkplatz an der Straße vorhanden, ruhige Wohngegend.

À deux pas du centre historique.

Situé à deux pas du centre historique et de la gare de Florence vous êtes reçu avec gentillesse par votre hôte. Les chambres sont spacieuses et climatisées ce qui n'est pas un luxe vu les températures que vous pouvez avoir à Florence. Le parking gratuit et en réalité le stationnement dans la rue. Si vous venez en moto comme moi n'hésitez pas à réclamer la clé d'un garage ouvert qui vous permet de mettre votre moto en sécurité durant votre séjour.

I liked this place. It was quiet, clean. Parking is in the street, we were able to park our car and did not move it for three days until we left for our tour of tuscany. We took taxis to the city center about $10 in the morning and $15 at night. Its only one floor but there are steps to reach the front door. I would stay here again.

DON’T STAY AT THIS PROPERTY ON WINTER!! The heater of this property has been controlled by the owner. The room is super cool and the owner off the additional heater. The car parking is not a designated for the property is a public car park.

Friendly host

Our stay was fine. The accommodation is adequate although it is really just a room with a basic breakfast provided, it isn't a hotel. The location is ok, not the nicest area and a good 25 minute walk to the main tourist areas. There is on street parking if available! The hosts Marco and Paulo, were very nice and Marco gave us lots of advice about were to visit etc.

Nous avons aimé notre séjour. Un peu en dehors, derrière la gare. Il faut compter 15 bonnes minutes de marche pour être à Florence. Mais ca se fait bien. Par contre il n'y a presque rien autour pour se ravitailler en eau, bière.... C'est assez résidentiel. Chambre quand même confortable mais pas de frigo. . Petit déjeuner correct.

Proche du centre ville et parking gratuit

Je recommande ce B&B. Il est très proche du centre-ville (20 minutes à pied), les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et l'accueil excellent. Merci à Marco pour ses précieux conseils. Petit plus, si vous venez en voiture il y a des places gratuites dans la rue.
