Great stay and location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The booking process was very simple and flawless, especially since it was last minute. They accommodated us, even when we had to cancel at another location. The room we stayed was in very good condition, with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. We recommend this location to others. Great service and location within minutes from the train station.

Unprofessional host/ non working AC

AC not working during extremely hot and humid weather, despite apartment being advertised as having AC. Host repeatedly threatened over WhatsApp that we would have to leave if we didn’t pay in cash the tax and cleaning fee despite us saying we would pay after the AC was fixed. Then, he deleted the messages once hotels.com got involved. We left windows open to cool apartment down overnight and then were bitten everywhere by mosquitoes. Terrible experience. Would not recommend this apartment at all.
