Beim Duschen läuft das Wasser aus der Wanne und über den ganzen Boden bis in den Flur hinaus. Die Wasserschäden am Fussboden lassen erkennen, dass dies nicht nur uns passiert ist.

Apartement close o the Ponte Veccio, quite loud

We booked the hotel via Ebookers. After the booking there was an immediate exchange of emails regarding management of handing over the keys and payments. Despite the emails with dates and time of arrival there was nobody at the Office Point to get us, it took quite a while till someone came. The apartement itself was really spacious and near the Palazzo Vecchio and Ponte Vecchio. It was well cleaned but a little bit used, there was also some mold in the bathroom. The most annoying thing was a club oder bar, which played loud music till 4 o`clock in the morning, which was utterly disturbing. The Check-out was quite simple, you just have to let the keys in a jar in the apartement. There is also the possibility of a luggage storage at the Office Point, though the staff there was really unfriendly and annoyed that they have to interact with the customers.

Nice service, quick and friendly

Pros: historical building, very very central. easy for shopping and sightseeing
Cons: it is in down town, so it can be noisy in the night. but we know we were in down town. it is something difficult to avoid.
