Florence Little Suite is a delightful two-room apartment in the oldest and most vibrant heart of Florence, finely renovated.



It is located in Via Vinegia, behind Palazzo Vecchio, in a strategic position for visiting the city, in a quiet street, adjacent to the more famous Via de 'Neri, where there are some of the most typical and tasty restaurants in the center of Florence.



The apartment is located on the first floor of an ancient building that has its roots in the twelfth century, as revealed by the large stones that have been exposed in a wall of the interior. A single flight of stairs separates the condominium entrance from the secure armored door of the apartment, to ensure the safety of our guests.

The hallway leads to the main room, equipped with all comforts and tastefully furnished in Shabby Fusion style, where there is the kitchen, small and functional, with induction hob, microwave, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and everything you need for your meals and the living area. A comfortable and large sofa that turns into a real 160x200cm double bed with orthopedic mattress and wooden slats will welcome you for evening relaxation and a chat with your friends, or to watch TV. In the bedroom you can sleep comfortably and store all your luggage in the wardrobe at your disposal and in the dresser. The bathroom has all the comforts: sink, large shelf for storing your personal items, toilet, bidet and shower. Throughout the apartment there is an A / C system to give you the best temperature at any time of the year and the free WiFI Internet network.

Amazing location, horrible communication, cook top and washer didn’t work. Found out how to use the microwave 4 days into it because I was not told to plug in a key in the wall to power it. It was suppose to power th rest of the house but it did not. Had 2 small towels with a washer that did not work. But the location is amazing. It says it’s 2 bedrooms it’s 1 bedroom with 2 single beds put together pretending to be a king with a gap in between. The second bedroom is a single bed in the corner of the living room. It smells really bad. If you are looking for an amazing location with very little communication and no amenities that is a one bedroom it’s amazing. Oh and no soap or toilette paper and it was a nightmare to get the info to get into it because I was arriving late. But besides that the location is amazing and if you are looking for a place to just drop off your stuff and sleep in a one bedroom it’s great. But I was traveling with my daughter and it was very unexceptibe for us. Oh and I have 150 of grocery’s I had to basically throw away because we couldn’t cook at all

Check-in was great. Our flight ended up being delayed by 10 hours and the host was so accommodating in spite of us being delayed! The apartment is clean, kitchen is adequate, and the beds are comfy. You will notice an unpleasant, almost sewage smell when you first enter. This is an old building, so just be aware when choosing this location. The laundry was only a washer, no dryer, which is standard for Italy. Location is amazing, so close to a lot of restaurants, museums, and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment has a great location and is very cute and tidy on the inside. Unfortunately there was a very strong pungent odor as soon as you walk in the apartment and it’s hard to overlook the odor enough for me to recommend this place to someone else. All of our clothes even the clean ones in our suitcases had the odor of the apartment so everything will need to be rewashed upon returning home. They had an individual air filter in the main room but it did not help. If they can figure out a way to get the apartment odor to improve, I would have given them 5 stars.

Terrible odor

The apartment looks like the pictures. It has a terrible odor that never went away. I asked for air fresheners and a fan and never got any. They told us to run the air filter but helped very little. I felt like they knew about this odor but did nothing. The shower does not drain well at all either. They did not give us enough toilet paper to get by for our stay. When I asked for more, they said that’s all they will provide. Good location but do not recommend staying.

This property is right in the centre of Florence. The location is unbeatable. It was clean and tidy. We didn't like that it had no windows, and the communication with the host before our arrival wasn't great.

In terms of location, this property is wonderfully situated, just steps from the Uffizi. It’s walkable to the major sites which is great. The rooms are nice as well and lots of storage space if required. However, the property had a very pungent, unpleasant odour throughout the rooms- mostly the main bedroom. And when I inquired about the smell, my query was ignored. The smell was so awful it lingered on our clothes and our luggage for the remainder of our trip, requiring everything to be rewashed. The area is also very loud. If you are looking for a quiet neighbourhood this is not it. There was a party happening nearby and music played from 3am-6am one night. Not enjoyable. I would stay in this area again for convenience, but not this property unless the odour issue was resolved.

There for an Italian Wedding

This place is very well-kept and was exactly what we expected. The only thing I would have appreciated is if there had been a notebook with instructions such as where to take the garbage but we figured it out and when we asked, we did get a response.

The apartment was renovated very nicely. They even used designer high end fixtures. It is amazingly located. Not even a 2 minutes walk from Palazzo Vecchio. The only thing is the mold problem around the air conditioner. The smell is too strong. I know if I had travelled with my brother we would have ended at the hospital with allergy issues. Not recommend if you have allergies especially to humidity and mold. I hope they can fix the issue asap, because it is a great flat.

Anniversary trip

My wife and I chose this VRBO mostly for its location. It is ideal as it is less than 1 km from just about every museum and restaurant you would want in Firenze. It is on the first floor up a decent flight of steps but not too hard to get all our luggage up to the apartment. The place is very nicely appointed and modern. Small shower but clean modern bathroom. We used the small laundry machine (only will take a very small load, but worked well). The only issue was the temp got warm and AC was only allowed to be set to 25C. A little warm at night but that was pretty much our only concern. Great communication with owner/managers even internationally. Would recommend highly.

Good position for a short stay
