I felt that the hotel was exceptional for what it offered and the price. The staff were super helpful. We had great service. The rooms were very nice for a European hotel. Our stay came With a continental breakfast which was great. We really liked the location in Florence proper. Everything was within a 15-20 minute walk. I will stay there again when we come back to Florence.

From the moment we stepped in, the check-in process was a masterclass in hospitality; the staff did an excellent job of welcoming us, making us feel instantly valued and at ease. Their warmth and efficiency set a wonderfully inviting tone for our entire visit. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Being just a five-minute walk from the train station made our arrival and departure utterly stress-free. Even better, we were thrilled to discover that there are many, many dining options right on its doorstep, ensuring we were never short of a fantastic meal. In essence, Grand H Minerva isn't just a place to stay; it's a destination that perfectly combines an unbeatable location, luxurious comfort, and genuinely outstanding service. Friendly staff, amazing hotel with beautiful views, and in the perfect location to walk the city! Breakfast buffet, rooftop cocktail bar & pool, lobby bar & restaurant on the plaza were relaxing spaces to spend time in addition to lovely rooms when not touring. SMN train station makes day trips from Florence so easy. I wish we could’ve spent our entire trip in Italy based right here!
