We will definitely stay here again

We frequently travel back and forth from New England to Florida and Florence is where we often end up stopping. We have stayed many different places there but this was the best for us. The service was incredible. The room had everything you could want and the bathroom had a night light. The hotel has charging stations and we have a plugin. So this gave us 40 miles without using gas.

Order through a third-party like Expedia sit in the lobby like a homeless person till 4 o’clock when 70 percent empty. 3 o’clock check in time! Was told they would have a room but I went through 3rd party so I had to wait for just that room and said they wouldn’t recommend using 3rd party so you could be treated just like everyone that checked in while we sat like street people till ours was ready 😡 Then didn’t even get the room choice I chose DISCUSTING!!!

Great quick overnight hotel

It was perfect for a quick overnight where we could get dinner and drinks on the premises. For a hotel restaurant it offered a good variety of food. Full Service was at your table and prompt. The staff friendly and helpful. Just an overall good experience.

Good place to stop overnight

Stopped for the night after a long day on the road. Check in was efficient but not overly friendly - obviously very busy. Room was typical hotel king room and bed was super comfortable. Shower had phenomenal pressure with plenty of hot water but the shower shampoo did not have a working pump. The neighbors alarm went off at 6:00 am (we were already awake) and continued for a time so we turned on our TV to drown out the sound. We were back on the road very early the next morning. Overall, a good place to stop close to the interstate with lots of gas and food options nearby.

The room had a strong urine smell as soon as i opened the door. Once i turned on the light there was a Ozone machine in the middle of the floor. The person at the front desk ask me who put it there? Lmao!

Outside of the property was neat and well cared for. There was plenty of parking on the premises. The inside of the property was dated and some of the areas needed repair like the ceiling in the dining area. Staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was clean but again, it needed updating. For the price $169.00/night, this was a good night’s stay. The area had plenty of restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is fine, but the restaurant is limited, situated in the busy lobby, often closed. Staff was helpful recommending alternative dining. HVAC is an old and not silent, but working as fine as it could.

This property was ok but I did not feel it was up to Hilton expectations. The bathroom was dirty. Pretty beat up as well. Also, when I got into bed there was blood (fresh) on the comforter. I signed up and paid for breakfast but there was nothing in the buffet. Eggs were dried to the pan and no meat. The potatoes were all I got out of the buffet. My waitress was wonderful though and tried hard to take care of me. When I asked the manager if there was more food she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Not at all what one would expect for a Hilton property.
