The hotel was in a great location. It has stairs and then an old fashioned original lift to get up to the hotel. There are lots of stairs throughout the property so not good for mobility. The staff were really friendly throughout.

The Alessandra is very close to all the sights. The staff was very friendly. It’s located in an very old building, so you need to be able to walk 2 flights of stairs and then there is a tiny elevator that takes you to the hotel level. The breakfast was really nice and some items varied day to day(the savory item and desserts) otherwise there was proscuitto, cheese, musli, yogurt, croissants and a great coffee machine with all possible options!
